Highly regarded and widely collected Gavin Brown has come to embody the true spirit of what an artist in the 21st century should be, constantly evolving and always looking outward.
His fondness for pop culture and contemporary life has informed his artwork for decades but this latest exhibition lifts his work to the truly surreal, grounded in nature and the Australian landscape it leans into the botanical beauty we all have grown up with but Gavin's eye has taken it to another completely altered world of imagination and vision.
